How does the coaching process work?

Our engagement package consists of five live + async sessions offering a tailored approach optimizing soft and hard skills to create a strong job seeker profile.


What is the cost of the five session program?

The cost of the program package is $2,800 and includes an intake call with both founders followed by regular check-ins and asynchronous tasks to maximize your chances of getting hired quickly.


What if I need more guidance after the five-session package?

There are fully customized discounted offerings tailored to your job-seeking roadmap and follow-up needs. We are going to work with you to find the best continuation package.


Is there a free consultation to see if I want to sign up?

No, but after the first session there is an opportunity to cancel with a 90% refund if the plan is not aligned with your goals.


Do you guarantee a job?

The system is designed to maximize your chance of getting hired as quickly as possible. There are no guarantees. Your success is highly dependent on your own effort and commitment. Our job is to position you for success.
